IT Product Manager

Job Description

  • Market Research:
    - Monitor market trends.
    - Create competitive research analysis reports and propose specific optimization plans.
  • Product Planning:
    - Lead new product development, write BRD and PRD.
    - Propose and execute cross-departmental cooperation projects, and continuously optimize development processes.
  • Product Operation:
    - Iterate products based on market trends and customer feedback, solve problems, and control product risks.
  • Learning Orientation:
    - Have the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
    - Love challenges and aim to become a core product manager in the company.
  • Data Analysis:
    - Analyze data to evaluate product performance and propose improvement suggestions.
  • User Experience Optimization:
    - Focus on user feedback and continuously improve product functions and user experience.

Other Requirements

  • Have management experience and cross-departmental communication skills.
  • Understand the Asian internet market, have annual product planning experience, and be familiar with software product iteration.
  • Prioritize those with experience or related experience in testing and design.
  • Prioritize those with experience or interest in software development processes, data analysis, and user experience research.
  • Prioritize those who are skilled in using wireframe and prototype production tools (such as Axure RP, Figma) or process management tools (such as Jira).

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience, and a Chinese resume and job experience book are required.
