IT Product Manager
Job Description
- Market Research:
- Monitor market trends.
- Create competitive research
analysis reports and propose specific optimization plans.
- Product Planning:
- Lead new product development, write BRD and PRD.

Propose and execute cross-departmental cooperation projects, and continuously
optimize development processes.
- Product Operation:
- Iterate products based on market trends and customer
feedback, solve problems, and control product risks.
- Learning Orientation:
- Have the ability to learn quickly and work
independently.
- Love challenges and aim to become a core product manager in
the company.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze data to evaluate product performance and propose
improvement suggestions.
- User Experience Optimization:
- Focus on user feedback and continuously improve
product functions and user experience.
Other Requirements
- Have management experience and cross-departmental communication skills.
- Understand the Asian internet market, have annual product planning experience, and
be familiar with software product iteration.
- Prioritize those with experience or related experience in testing and design.
- Prioritize those with experience or interest in software development processes, data
analysis, and user experience research.
- Prioritize those who are skilled in using wireframe and prototype production tools
(such as Axure RP, Figma) or process management tools (such as Jira).
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience, and a Chinese resume and job experience book are
required.
