Operation and Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Handling user hardware and software issues
• Managing network, virtualization environments, and data center operations
• Inventory management of IT assets and loaned equipment
• Writing and modifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assisting with procurement of IT-related equipment
• Preparing daily reports and logging incidents
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors

Required Qualifications

• Client: Windows, Mac, O365
• Mail: G-Suite, Zimbra
• Virtualization: VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon
• Network: Juniper, Cisco, Nusoft, ThinAP, DrayTek
• Server: Windows AD, CentOS OPENVPN, CentOS Zabbix, CentOS Grafana
• Other: IPPBX, UPS, HR systems, Access control systems, Surveillance systems, Asset management systems, Projectors, Multifunction printers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in independent planning, execution, and setup of data centers
• Ability to configure and deploy new equipment and systems based on the company's existing infrastructure
• Experience coordinating cross-departmental projects
• Experience managing cybersecurity-related systems
• Experience with cloud server and service management
• Experience with low-voltage electrical work
• Experience in optimizing and improving data center systems and network infrastructure
